DESCRIPTION

We've had a lot of fun designing these signs. A sign that is perfectly rated to be outdoors but yet looks like it had a very bad, no good, horrible day...or years outdoors. Looks like you found it in your grandfathers barn or the likes. These signs are metal (aluminum) faced on both the front and the back. The center core is an outdoor rated polymer that is bonded to the aluminum faces. It is an excellent hybrid material that takes advantage of the stiffness of the aluminum and the lightness of the polymer core to make an easy to hang, long lasting sign for indoors or out. The artwork is printed directly onto the front painted metal (or front and back if available on listing) and the inks are outdoor rated as well. We put together the rust effects ourselves so if you want them tweaked in some way just let us know in comments.

Okay, lets try this again...If you live in Hawaii we almost always get burned on the shipping cost. If you are willing to chip in with some of the shipping, we would be delighted to serve you. :) (We will contact you before shipping to make sure the amount is agreeable to you.)

As to Alaska, unfortunately the same applies; if we can ship it without needing to charge more we will do so; otherwise we would politely ask that you help us with the shipping cost.

-Orders shipped via USPS and FedEx. This usually means 2-6 business days in the mail. Please let us know if you need it quicker than this and we will do our best to accommodate to your needs.

GIFT WRAPPING DETAILS

All sizes where either the width or the height is 12 inches or less can be gift wrapped for a small fee (during checkout) in a tan craft paper tied with twisted jute rope. No invoice information is included in any of the packages, so no worries there.

-Personalized Card: For any of the sizes, write a message in the "Note to Seller" space and we'll include that on a card as well.

Okay, now for a few "boring" but necessary items:

****IMPORTANT**** I'm sorry but we cannot create signs using copyrighted images, logos, or text. For instance, we cannot print a quote from Harry Potter or print a Chicago Bears logo. This also applies to quotes by famous people if the quote was said after 1923. (That's when the copyright system began.) Any quote that originated before that year is legal. We know this is a bummer. We wish we could be more accommodating on this manner but the law is what it is I guess.

One other request is that you please avoid sending requests that have swearing in the text or have a deep negative message to them. We try to stay close to our brand which is to make life a little bit brighter. We want to encourage valuing relationships, doing good things, and keeping life simple and light. Everybody has their own way of getting their message out and we respect that and are not judgmental of that; we just want to stay true to our brand. We hope you understand. :)

By far our biggest challenge with custom orders is getting the feedback/approval from the customer in a timely fashion. We do everything we can to create a fast turnaround time (1-2 business days) but we can't make this happen without your help. We suggest leaving your phone number in the comment box so that we have a way of following up with you if the email correspondence gets lost in cyberspace. We promise to not be annoying or abuse your privacy with your number. Etsy docks us if we don't get things out in time so your help with this is very much appreciated. :)

By the way, At times we would like to share some of the custom signs we make to others for marketing purposes to show them the types of things we have done. We may even decide to use some of the more general ones as new product offerings. We reserve the right to reuse the layout and textual content for other products.
