After you select your size and mounting options, simply explain what you'd like in the comment box and you will be on your way. Be as descriptive as you would like. If you're not sure what you want it to look like, we can just go off of the words you want on it and show you some different font and layout ideas that we come up with.
Within 1 to 3 business days we will send you 2-4 proofs. Based on your feedback we can change them until you are happy with the design. At that point, we'll get started making your custom sign!
*If you have any photos/images you want on the sign, please send a high resolution file to the email: hello@homesteadsignsanddecor.com. Please include your name and order number in the subject title. An eps, ai, svg, pdf, or png file in a 300dpi usually works great. Whoever created your image for you should be able to send you a version of it. The sooner we get a high quality image, the sooner we can get started on your sign. Otherwise, there may be a slight delay in the process. We look forward to working with you!

By far our biggest challenge with custom orders is getting the feedback/approval from the customer in a timely fashion. We do everything we can to create a fast turnaround time but we can't make this happen without your help. Please be sure to check your inboxes or else there will be a delay.
At times we like to share some of the custom signs we make to others for marketing purposes to show them the types of things we have done. We may even decide to use some of the more general ones as new product offerings. We reserve the right to reuse the layout and textual content for other products. If you would not like your sign photo to be shared, please let us know and we will respect that; after all, we're real people too and want you to feel comfortable with your purchase.
